Trust the Process Athletics opened its doors in early 2016 and was swiftly recognized all

over for their high-caliber training regimen as well as their professional

marketing and player representation. After graduating from Texas A&M-Commerce with

a double degree in both General Business, and Sports Management, company founder

Herman Akins began pursuing his entrepreneurial dreams. While in school, he saw many

talented athletes get passed over by college and professional teams. Recognizing the

dynamic business opportunity directly in front of him, Akins started his business to train,

motivate, and help athletes get recruited to the next level. He says, “Trust The Process
